Megan, a 500 E-RYT, is Yoga Medicine Registered Therapeutic Specialist and YM 200 faculty member, currently working on her 1000-hour certification. A certified Thai massage therapist, Megan also has a Bachelor’s degree in the combined areas of Kinesiology, Journalism and Business. She holds additional training in iREST yoga nidra, animal locomotion and movement, mental health and traumatic brain injury resilience.
Megan and her husband where they have also launched the Stronger Shield Project, a non-profit dedicated to helping first responders use yoga, breathwork and meditation for improved mental and physical wellbeing. You can practice with her on Yoga International.
